Q&A With Katie: Our Waterproof Jewellery Collection

We caught up with our Creative Director and Co-founder, Katie Loxton, to get the inside scoop on our brand-new Waterproof Jewellery Collection!

WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE DEBUT COLLECTION?

“We drew inspiration from renowned luxury brands, our dedicated staff, and loyal Katie Loxton customers to shape this collection. We used that as a base, creating more fashion-inspired pieces, and then we layered on the gifting element, which is really exciting. Engraving takes centre stage, allowing customers to elevate our jewellery with initials or significant dates. The option to add charms marks a crucial stride in our quest to be the ultimate destination for personalisation.”

WHAT MAKES KATIE LOXTON’S WATERPROOF JEWELLERY COLLECTION SPECIAL?

“What’s most unique to us is the fact we offer Waterproof Jewellery that is presented on the most beautiful cards with little sentiments that are both great for gifting and uplifting someone special or yourself. Also, the personalisation aspect of the collection - both the ability to personalise the card and the jewellery - it makes it such a thoughtful collection.”

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE PIECES FROM THE COLLECTION?

“There’s an Antique Coin Necklace that I absolutely love - the finish is beautiful, we wanted it to feel very antique and vintage - it’s incredibly elevated! I also adore some of our statement chains, they just feel so premium and expensive, they’re the easiest way to update every outfit. The “To The Moon And Back” Sentiment Card is just stunning, it’s so beautiful and has such a lovely sentiment that makes for the sweetest gift.”

HOW WOULD YOU STYLE THE WATERPROOF JEWELLERY COLLECTION?

“I love to layer my jewellery pieces - there’s just something very luxe and cool about pairing something chunky with something very fine. I also love two or three of the same pieces worn together, it makes such a statement.”
